Artichoke! Here is how to prep, cook and eat it!

šFeatured GOLCHIN products:
-Balsamic Vinegar
-Extra Virgin First Cold Pressed Olive Oil
-Fresh ground pepper
-Freshly ground Himalayan pink salt
-Table salt
šOther ingredients:
-Artichoke
-Boiling water
-Optional: Tarter sauce
š»Directions:
- Peel of bottom leaves that tend to not have āmeatā on them and be darker in color
- Cut 2/3 of artichoke stem
- Trim tops of each remaining leaf
- Spread out leaves with hands
- Rinse well
- Boil water
- Drop artichoke in face down
- Add 3 teaspoons table salt
- Close lid
- After few mins, lower heat
- Artichoke should be ready in about 10-15 mins
- You know itās done when a leaf pulls of easily
- Top with extra virgin cold pressed olive oil, fresh ground pepper, Himalayan pink salt (optional), balsamic vinegar
- Optional dipping sauce: mix your choice of tarter sauce (not carried by Golchin) with Golchin balsamic vinegar and fresh ground pepper
